As my driving instructor taught me, be prepared for what you can see, what you can’t see, and what you expect to find. When I work with a new client, I like to help them to find their ideal customer, not just any customer. So I ask for a description of your ideal, profitable customer. Once I know who I’m looking for on your behalf, I can develop a communication plan to help you to find them and to help them to find you too.
This initial description of your ideal customer underpins most of the marketing activity; it presupposes that you understand your business well enough to know which customers deliver your profits. If not, I will undertake a discovery process to reveal this to you. I want to deliver the right customer to you, who deserves your time to be developed and converted . I look for your bright stars for your future and shooting stars too to fulfil your wishes.
